Hi, I’m Jacopo—the founder of Divener— and I define myself as a Conscious Impact Coach. I believe that every individual and organization has the capacity to shape the world for the better, and my mission is to empower you to step into that role with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
I’m an experienced Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner, specializing in transformative programs and empowering tools.
With over 13 years of former corporate experience in senior management roles, I now bring deep business expertise into my coaching methodology, combining it with advanced techniques to drive inside-out transformation.

My Journey to Purpose & Impact
For years, I thrived in a fast-paced corporate career that appeared successful on the surface but left me feeling disconnected. I witnessed how traditional structures stifled creativity and collaboration, prioritizing short-term performance over purpose-driven impact. This realization ignited my drive to find a more meaningful way to make a difference.
At the same time, my personal journey was a search for meaning. With a background in Engineering and Finance, I was trained to think logically, yet I also explored human nature through Psychology, Neuroscience, and Metaphysics. This unique combination allowed me to integrate logic with intuition, science with spirituality—forming the foundation of the Divener approach today.
