Hi, I’m Jacopo “Jack” Conficconi - the founder of Divener - and I’m a Conscious Impact Coach. I believe that every individual and organization has the capacity to shape the world for the better, and my mission is to empower you to step into that role with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
I’m an experienced Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner, specializing in transformative programs and empowering tools.
With over 13 years of former corporate experience in senior management roles, I now bring deep business expertise into my coaching methodology, combining it with advanced techniques to drive inside-out transformation.

My Journey to Purpose & Impact
For years, I built a successful corporate career that looked strong from the outside but felt increasingly disconnected on the inside.
I saw how traditional systems often suppressed creativity, weakened collaboration, and favored short-term performance over meaningful, purpose-driven impact.
At the same time, my personal path became a deeper search for meaning. Trained in Engineering and Finance, I learned to think with logic.
But I also explored human nature through Psychology, Neuroscience, and Metaphysics, shaping the blend of science, intuition, and transformation behind Divener today.
